Flow Vinyasa
Flow Vinyasa (High Heat) is a fast paced, breath-centered flow designed to energize and empower. Move through dynamic sequences that build strength, enhance mobility, and sharpen mental clarity—all while using your breath as your anchor. Expect to sweat, move freely, and leave feeling strong and liberated.
Instructor Info
Kathy is a dedicated yoga instructor with experience teaching in both studio and community settings. She has led classes at Lifetime Fitness and LA Fitness, and has also served the community through Tzu Chi and Senior Chair Yoga programs. In addition to group classes, Kathy offers personalized private lessons tailored to individual goals. Her teaching style is accessible, supportive, and focused on helping students build strength, confidence, and connection through movement and breath.
